By accessing or using the website myedu360.co.za (the “Site”) and any related services, resources, or tools (collectively, the “Service”) provided by MyEdu360 (Pty) Ltd (“MyEdu360”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 13, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
MyEdu360 provides educational resources including but not limited to: CAPS-aligned study guides, past exam papers, tutoring connections, bursary information, career guidance, teacher tools, and interactive learning aids. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice.
Certain features (e.g., newsletters, personalised planners) may require you to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. MyEdu360 is not liable for any loss due to compromised accounts.
All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital downloads, and software – is the property of MyEdu360 or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may download, print, or share a single copy of resources for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

MyEdu360 does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyEdu360 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, MyEdu360 and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed R1,000 (one thousand Rand).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyEdu360, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cape Town, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
